Han Chiang College hosts Media Forum 2009

The two-day fair starts on Feb 28 and will be held at the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA).

Han Chiang College Hosts International Mother Tongue Day By Aaron Ngui Hundreds turned up at Han Chiang College on Saturday when the college hosted the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) International Mother-tongue Day. Those who attended were treated to a myriad of cultural performances including drum show, lion dance, poetry recital and a Chinese Orchestra concert.

HCC’s Diploma in Multimedia Communication Design students made waves at the international-level ADWAVE 2007 creative competitions that was organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia with their outstanding creative entries. At the ADWAVE 2007 official launching at Dewan Tuanku Syed Putra, HCC emerged as the overall winner this year, taking home 10 awards out of 18 that were up for grabs. Being in its tenth year, ADWAVE has grown from strength to strength from a national creative design competition for students from tertiary institutions to one that is highly-regarded in the ASEAN region.
